Each Windle Trust advocates for and supports education for refugees and conflict-affected people.  This is done through a number of programmes which are overseen and managed by the national country Board.  Programmes are thereby responsive to the need and unique set of circumstances in each country and include running teacher-training programmes, managing refugee secondary schooling for UNHCR, English language classes for women and vulnerable refugees, leadership training, University level distance learning, supporting the host community with access to education and much, much more.
